    I use a research backed nutrition and lifestyle strategies that focuses on restoring metabolic balance as a means to unlock more energy in mid-life and avert the path of disease as we age. Being metabolically healthy has positive downstream effects in the short run – on energy levels, body composition, weight – and in the long-run – on chronic disease prevention like diabetes, dementia, and cancer. Establishing metabolic health is the simplest, most actionable lever, in our journey towards longevity.
