Mission and Approach
My mission is to make early middle age a chapter in life where you thrive.

I want to equip you with the right tools, habits, and attitudes that will contribute to a healthier and more fulfilled life.

I coach primarily on a one-to-one basis, to build Resilience along 3 dimensions: physical, cognitive, and emotional. I do so by helping identify small and sustainable changes that elevate your vitality, mental acuity, and purpose in life.
​
I am also a big believer in the power of the collective, so my programmes offer you the chance to build connections by being part of a wider community of health-minded people.
​
My longer-term vision is to make health coaching an available resource for all. I plan to do so by marrying the best of human coaching interactions with advanced tech tools that can streamline the mundane.
My approach is a bit different.
