Overview 

 

Rebuild your resilience after early onset cancer treatment and thrive by incorporating small nutrition, mindset, and lifestyle tweaks that support your long term recovery.

This is for you if...

 

  • You have been diagnosed with cancer at a young age and you have completed your medical treatment

  • You want to level-up your nutrition and lifestyle know-how to aid your recovery 

  • You want a robust support system to navigate your health post-treatment 

  • You want to connect with others on a similar journey

 

What we cover

  • Discuss universal health foundations, rooted in metabolic health

  • Assess your nutrition, lifestyle, and mindset habits that will be support your recovery

  • Coach you towards taking realistic actions that support your wellbeing

  • Provide access to a support network of "cancer thrivers"
